General Responsibilities:

Involved from new business meetings and pitches through project completion

Responsible for initiating proposals and project plans, then guiding the project through development and creative.

Acts as the primary client contact for assigned projects and proactively seeks information critical to client projects.

An effective problem-solver on a day-to-day basis, anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities.

Works closely with creative, production, and account service staff
-
Acts as team leader with a thorough understanding of the planning, creative, and production processes.

Provides timely issuance of all documentation: proposals, project initiations, creative briefs, estimates, timelines, meeting summaries, status and budget reports, monthly billing and reconciliation of all projects, invoices projects, and maintains ongoing accounting status reports for clients.
General Responsibilities:

Copy development and content oversight from inception through completion to ensure a high level of quality and maintenance of concept through approval of design.

Conduct thorough research to ensure accurate, on-target copy and concepts with appropriate references.

Ensure appropriate reading level of patient materials

Prepare copy for regulatory approval submission—supplying accurate and complete references and annotations
-
Provide input to art director to develop optimal design and layout for copy for print, online, video, and other formats.

Build and maintain subject matter expertise in selected clinical areas and managed markets/quality improvement developments.

Maintain current computer software skills. At minimum, must be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and conducting online research.
