Merger Creates Top-Tier Market-Access Holding Company
Pinnacle Health Communications and Franklyn Healthcom become parts of
Aventria Health Group

DOYLESTOWN, PA—As of November 16, Pinnacle Health Communications, LLC, and Franklyn Healthcom, LLC, have combined their talents and capabilities to form a healthcare-communications parent company called Aventria Health Group, LLC. This merger unites two leading market-access agencies with complementary skill sets in order to help customers meet and exceed their goals in today’s complex healthcare landscape. The creation of Aventria makes the company one of the largest market-access agencies in the U.S.

As stakes have been raised, communications have evolved, and new priorities have arisen, we recognized that together as Aventria, Pinnacle and Franklyn could deliver more complete solutions, along with a seamless experience for our customers,” said David Dierk, a principal for Pinnacle. “The merger will deliver tremendous benefits to our customers and our respective businesses.

Pinnacle and Franklyn have been providing clients with exceptional solutions for more than 20 years. Moving forward, each business unit will continue to serve clients, but will pool the wealth of strategic and executional capabilities that each agency offers. United under the Aventria banner, Pinnacle and Franklyn will retain their respective company names, staff rosters, and client lists.

Aventria clients have access to unmatched knowledge and expertise, along with a full continuum of services from access strategies to digital pull-through,” said Stacey Richter, principal of Franklyn. “Aventria seeks to add value along the entire customer journey. By bringing together two best-in-class agencies, we augment each other’s capabilities to deliver customer-centric solutions that are both sophisticated and insight driven.

Along with Dierk and Richter, industry veteran Mark DiLuigi, who is a Pinnacle principal, will help lead Aventria. The headquarters for the new company are in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, with offices in Parsippany, New Jersey, and White Plains, New York.
