Aventria Health Group, LLC and its divisions and subsidiaries, including QC-Health®, Franklyn Ideas, and Pinnacle Health Communications (“Aventria”), respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. This statement applies solely to information collected at www.aventriahealth.com, www.franklynhc.com, www.pinnaclehc.com, or www.qc-health.org (the “Sites”). We suggest that you review this Privacy Policy periodically as we may update it from time to time.

Aventria may collect the following personally identifiable information about Site users: name, postal address, email address, phone number, employer, job function, and business interests.

We may also collect the names, contact information, and business interests which our users divulge about other people, such as referrals.

We will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 13. Our services are not designed to attract the attention of persons under the age of 13.

We collect this information through collection methods, such as registration forms, clickstream tracking, and automatic logging files. To receive our products and services, you must enter your name, company, address, phone number, and business interest information. Other information we request is optional.

Cookies enable Aventria to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. Our cookies do not have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

The information collected by Aventria will be used to conduct business with and enable future promotion to our Site visitors. Users who provide information may receive targeted updates of industry information by various channels including postal mail and email.
